LEARN TO SEND A FORMAL MESSAGE πŸ“«✉

Hi guys, how's life? πŸ˜€

Today, I'm going to give you some tips when you want to send a formal message, especially for your teacher or lecturer.

First of all, I want to tell you guys that this was my first assignment from my lecturer, and the assignment is to send a formal message. I thought that it would be easy, because everyday all of us are send message, right? We usually do it via Whatsapp or just regular SMS.

I thought that all I need to do is just write down the message politely, and it's done... But, I'm wrong... πŸ˜‚

I failed on my first try πŸ˜›

When she said "Revise please", I started to think what is my mistake. I checked my
message over and over again.

Then my second try... Well, something is off 😝

On my second try, she didn't reply my message and at that time, I realized that there is something off.

Is it not polite enough? Is it my grammar or punctuation? and bla bla blah... πŸ˜‚

Then my last try... πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Yeaaaaaaay.... She replied my message finally πŸ™ˆπŸŽ‰

So guys, here are some tips if you want to send a formal message, especially for your teacher or lecturer:

1. Greeting is a must, because it makes your message more polite. You can use Assalamu'alaikum wr.wb., good morning, and so on.

2. Write down your name and your class.

3. Type up a brief and clear message

4. Don't use uncommon abbreviations, or you'll be in trouble πŸ˜›

5. Don't forget to say thank you

6. Check your grammar, punctuation, and capitals

So, that's all from me,
See you on my next post.... πŸ˜›
